We are hiring an Accounting Intern who will be supporting the Accounts Payable activities.
This role will support daily AP operations by assisting with invoice validation, invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliations, and month-end activities. It is a great opportunity to develop practical finance experience, strengthen your understanding of accounts payable processes, and collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams in a global business environment.
As an intern, you will be doing:

Invoice validation and labeling for submission to record by KL team.

Assist in the accurate and timely processing of invoices.

Work closely with the AP team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Help the Financial Analysts with more complex tasks related to accounts payable matters.

Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.

Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Competencies

Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.

To graduate at least in June 2027 or later.

Availability to work from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm.

Intermediate / Advanced English level.

Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.

Basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
