Experience and Education
Professional degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Group Leader in Operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
50% English proficiency.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, bending, and notching).
Strong communication skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Comply with the Health and Safety Policy.
Participate in the different phases of new product development.
Ensure rigorous execution of all established processes.
Manage daily activity planning, production schedule compliance, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.
Carry out safety-related activities.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements applicable to the role in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Comply with all safety rules applicable to the position.
Complete all planned Quality and Training-related trainings on time.
Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
