Gather and document business, functional, and operational requirements across Murex projects, sustainment activities, and production support processes.
Analyze current-state workflows, system usage, and data flows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate workshops with business, operations, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and validate findings.
Translate business requirements into functional and high-level technical specifications aligned with Murex capabilities and operating model objectives.
Support current-state assessments and target-state design by documenting processes, dependencies, integrations, and business impacts.
Contribute to gap analysis, prioritization of recommendations, and development of implementation roadmaps supporting the future-state operating model.
