HR Recruiting Assistant (Bilingual)
Kauffman Engineering, LLC., with locations throughout Mexico and the USA, has an immediate onsite opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish) HR Recruiting Assistant in our Reynosa location.

Job Summary:
Ensure compliance with key Human Resources processes, with emphasis on the full recruitment cycle, selection, and organizational development. Promote a positive work environment through the implementation of innovative strategies aligned with organizational goals and company values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design and manage the full recruitment and selection cycle (high-volume and staff hiring), from job posting through new hire onboarding.
· Collaborate with department leaders to identify talent needs and ensure fulfillment of key role profiles.
· Implement talent attraction strategies using digital platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
· Coordinate and conduct initial and technical interviews, as well as psychometric and language assessments.
· Ensure an efficient onboarding experience aligned with the organizational culture.
· Monitor and maintain updated key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment and turnover.
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
· Collaborate in developing initiatives to improve organizational culture and work climate, promoting inclusion and diversity.
· Support the implementation of training programs to strengthen internal talent development.
· Act as a bilingual liaison between local and international teams, facilitating communication and translation of corporate documents.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge of labor law and social security regulations is essential, along with experience using talent management systems and assessment tools.
· Technical skills are valued, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Glassdoor / SuccessFactors.
· Must be able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
