We are looking for a Chief Front-End Developer to join our team. You will modernize build systems, improve CI/CD feedback loops, and drive safe adoption of AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery—apply to help raise productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end front-end workflows from local setup to production release

Identify bottlenecks in build, test, and deploy cycles and implement measurable fixes

Design and maintain shared tooling, templates, and boilerplate configurations for front-end teams
-
Standardize linting, formatting, and dependency management to reduce friction and rework
-
Modernize build and bundling approaches to improve performance and reduce bundle size
-
Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and speed up feedback loops
-
Pilot and roll out AI-assisted coding tools and AI agent workflows for engineers
-
Define safe usage guidelines and best practices for Generative AI in development

Create documentation and internal enablement materials for new tooling and processes

Train and support front-end engineers to maximize productivity with upgraded workflows

Monitor productivity signals and iterate on improvements based on data and feedback
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in modern front-end stacks
-
5+ years of experience building or maintaining ReactJS and Next.js applications
-
5+ years of experience designing developer tooling, templates, or platform capabilities for internal engineers

Strong leadership skills to influence engineering standards and drive adoption across teams

Proven project ownership for cross-team initiatives improving build, test, and release throughput

Deep build-system knowledge with Vite, Webpack, or Turborepo and monorepo strategies

Hands-on CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI for front-end pipelines

Strong AI agents frameworks experience integrating AI-assisted coding into workflows

Excellent communication skills to document practices, teach teams, and align stakeholders

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and define measurable improvements

Experience with Nx or ESBuild

Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or custom LLM tooling

Experience defining testing automation standards for front-end platforms
