QUALIFICATIONS
Quality System Management: Lead, maintain and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, internal specifications and applicable corporate standards.- Product Control and Inspection: Define and supervise receipt, process and finished product inspection plans; validate acceptance criteria, measurement methods, product release and control of non-conforming material.
- Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Monitor key quality indicators such as PPM, scrap, rework, customer complaints, poor quality cost, and first pass yield; analyze trends and lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.
- Nonconformities, CAPA and Root Cause: Lead investigations of internal nonconformities, customer claims and supplier failures; ensure root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, verification of effectiveness and timely closure.
- Audits and Compliance: Coordinate internal, customer, supplier and certification audits; maintain audit preparation, follow up on findings and ensure applicable documentary, regulatory, environmental, safety and traceability compliance.
- Supplier and Customer Quality: Establish quality requirements for suppliers, follow up on rejections and action plans, manage technical communication with customers and suppliers, and ensure effective responses through 8D reports or other required formats.
- Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and develop the QA and QMS team; collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Maintenance and Management to prevent quality risks, support launches/NPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.
