Opportunity for engineering students to gain hands-on experience in Automotive New Product Quality, supporting DFMEA activities, risk assessments, validation readiness, and problem-solving initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in DFMEA working sessions led by senior engineers, supporting documentation, follow-up of action items, and identification of potential design flaws that could affect product quality.

Support risk assessment sessions by gathering input data, capturing meeting outputs, and tracking mitigation actions through closure.

Assist with product design readiness activities for validation testing.

Support the investigation and resolution of quality issues during development under the supervision of senior NPQ engineers.

Help compile and maintain quality records, dashboards, and traceability matrices required by the New Product Quality function.

Support efforts to ensure that new products comply with relevant regulatory and customer-specific requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and learn the company Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, including the 8D structured problem-solving methodology.
