CRM Consultant – Salesforce Full Stack
Location: Remote (Mexico)
Salary: Up to $90,000 MXN gross per month
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Full Stack CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Salesforce Administration. The ideal candidate will have experience providing production support, implementing enhancements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with business and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Perform production support, incident management, service requests, and enhancements.
- Create and maintain Salesforce design, data models, and configurations.
- Perform weekly and monthly Salesforce data backups.
- Conduct impact analysis and testing for Salesforce seasonal releases and patches.
- Deploy code and configuration changes across environments.
- Gather and document business requirements for enhancements.
- Assess the impact of functional changes on technical design.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to deliver solutions.
- Configure Lightning Flows, Lead Management, and Opportunity Management.
- Manage Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Configure reports and dashboards.
- Upload and maintain data using Data Loader and Import Wizard.
- Support integrations with Outlook, HubSpot, and other third-party applications.
- Train business users on Salesforce processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Experience providing production support and working in managed services environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Flows.
- Experience with Lead Management and Opportunity Management.
- Experience configuring reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, and Single Sign-On.
- Experience using Data Loader and Import Wizard.
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with Outlook, HubSpot, or similar applications.
- Ability to gather business requirements and prepare solution designs.
- Experience deploying Salesforce changes across environments.
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and/or Platform) are required.
