Position: Senior Java + Angular Developer – Outsourcing to USA (Staff Augmentation)

Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire with ALCONSE
Work Modality: Hybrid – 2 days home / 3 days office (working in Mexico, CDMX)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (including 1 hour lunch) CST and ET hours working in Mexico
Salary Range: $30,000 – $50,000 MXN monthly (depending on technical skills and English level)
Project Type: You will work on projects for US-based clients as part of ALCONSE's outsourced engineering team without leaving Mexico.

Required Education:
Computer Technician, Systems Engineering, BS in Computer Science, or related field.
Essential Technical Skills (Core):
Backend (Java)
Advanced Java + Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data)
Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming
Design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance applications
Frontend (Angular)
Strong Angular knowledge (Components, Services, RxJS, State Management)
Build or maintain dynamic, scalable SPAs
Architecture & DevOps
Solid experience with Microservices and RESTful API design (security, scalability, documentation)
AWS (cloud infrastructure and services)
Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repos, boards)
ArgoCD (GitOps and continuous delivery for Kubernetes)
SonarQube (code quality and security analysis)
API Testing & Development Tooling
Postman (API testing, collections, automation, environment management)
CMS / Digital Experience Platform
PimCore (digital experience platform / PIM / DAM – nice to have or required depending on the project)
Databases (SQL)
Advanced relational DB design and tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Strong SQL skills
Version Control
Advanced Git – collaborative workflows, conflict resolution, code reviews

Technical Leadership & Mentoring – guide junior developers assigned to your team.

Language Requirement:
Advanced English (mandatory) – reading, writing, and speaking. You will attend meetings with US clients.
