Our clients include businesses such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, restoration, remodeling, pest control, and commercial facility service providers.
About the Role
We're looking for a professional and confident communicator to join our team during morning hours. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, customer service, and appointment setting. You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, representing SmartVine with professionalism and building positive relationships from the first conversation.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce SmartVine's services and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with general inquiries.
- Follow up with prospects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments using Excel and internal systems.
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English is required.
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
