We have an immediate opening for an Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, this candidate must have a great work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and dynamic energy. This could be a great fit if you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!
Responsabilities:

Assess the impact of engineering changes on manufacturing processes, machinery and equipment required by the customer and/or
internal teams, as well as their subsequent implementation. Coordinate the incorporation of changes at the component level within the manufacturing process. -
Evaluate the performance of manufacturing equipment and processes during the launch phases.
Identify and provide the tooling and/or accessory requirements for your assigned areas or processes. -
Preparation of documentation (AMEF, flowcharts, etc.)

Responsible for PFMEA and for reducing RPNs and recording them in the SIA document control system

Implementation of poka-yoke systems in production processes. Identify and develop cost-reduction projects.

Design and implementation of new manufacturing processes. Design and evaluation of new machinery and equipment in accordance with CAI standards.

Identify areas of opportunity for process and product improvement. Member of Quality Circles for monitoring manufacturing activities.
Experiences:
-
3 or 5 or more years of experience in the automotive industry.

English.
