Our Health portfolio includes end‑to‑end benefits management solutions, alignment of benefit plans with corporate strategy and policies, significant purchasing leverage, and a systematic, structured approach to delivering value.
As Operations Leader, you will be accountable for the overall management of client services and colleagues within the Health portfolio in a regional Center‑of‑Excellence environment. -
Lead managers and their teams (20–30 colleagues in total, including Operations Managers), providing direction, coaching and support.
-
Own people‑management responsibilities, including career paths, succession planning, performance management, job rotation and employee engagement.
-
Manage key stakeholder relationships, acting as the first point of escalation for projects and operational issues.

-
Allocate resources effectively, manage capacity and budget utilization to ensure profitable delivery.
-
Work closely with the Unit Manager to track critical financial and operational metrics, supporting unit objectives and operational excellence.

-
Collaborate with support functions (Talent Development, Quality, HR, etc.) and support research & development activities such as product development, insights and marketing collateral.
This role offers the chance to shape the operational backbone of Aon’s Health business in a high‑growth, global environment. You will not only manage day‑to‑day delivery, but also help define how our Health Ops capabilities evolve, scale and create value across multiple regions. You will work closely with senior leaders, client‑facing teams and support functions, bringing together people, processes and technology to deliver outstanding service.
As Operations Leader, you will have the opportunity to:
-
Lead large, diverse teams and managers, building a strong culture of performance, accountability and development.

-
12+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 6+ years of people‑management experience leading large teams and managers.
-
Strong program and portfolio management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
-
Proven ability to understand financials and P&L characteristics of a consulting practice, and to use data and technology (advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with automation/efficiency tools) to drive operational improvements.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders, working across geographies, leading change and articulating project scope, value proposition and ROI; comfortable working independently in a dynamic, high‑growth environment and managing multiple priorities.
