Sales Manager
Spanish55 is a company that helps adults improve their Spanish through personalized coaching programs, and we are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead our admissions team and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process.
This is a remote leadership role for someone who:
- Owns sales results
- Moves quickly
- Follows through
- Can train other sales professionals
- Understands that admissions is a sales function
You will:
- Manage the Admissions Team
- Improve conversion
- Review key opportunities
- Track and reports sales performance

- Motivated by sales targets, bonuses, and commissions
We’re looking for:
- Superior English communication
- Sales leadership experience
- CRM discipline
- Commercial urgency
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience selling premium services, ideally to U.S. customers
- Ability to coach a remote team

This role includes the opportunity to earn bonuses or commissions based on sales targets and team performance.
