Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with real estate transactions, negotiate contracts, and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Market properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and manage related paperwork
- Organize and maintain administrative documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with Real Estate Law and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer usage and typing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Job Type:
Salary: Base + Commission
- $24,000 Starting Annual Base
- $100,000 - $150,000 per year
