As a LABORATORY TECHNICIAN, you will manage the supply and support of the production lines, as the pre-treatment and painting of parts in our coating services business, Metokote.
You will work #LI-onsite reporting directly to our Quality Coordinator at our plant in Apodaca.
Key Responsibilities

you will manage the pretreatment and painting lines to make the necessary equipment adjustments.

You will validate equipment calibration and initial chemical loads in the tanks, and monitor pressures and levels in each stage to ensure service quality.

You will manage cyclic inventories of chemical products and track missing requirements in the system.

You will oversee preventive maintenance activities for each line.

You will provide efficient administrative follow-up for completing documentation.
Qualifications
-
Education: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

More than 1 year of laboratory experience
-
knowledge of ecoat and pretreatment.

Office skills: Excel (form filling, charts, formulas).

Intermediate English.
