REAL ESTATE SALES CLOSER – REAL ESTATE (LAND INVESTMENTS) | REMOTE (CDMX- MEXICO)
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help close land investment deals in the U.S. market. Must have experience in selling Real Estate preferrably investment properties in USA market.
This is NOT a typical job. We’re looking for someone who wants to earn serious money, grow fast, and become a key player in a scaling business.

### RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close deals with U.S.-based buyers and investors
- Follow up with warm leads and active negotiations
- Handle objections and drive deals to closing
- Manage pipeline and keep CRM updated
- Coordinate with internal team to finalize transactions

### IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Strong closer (not just a talker)
- Experience in sales (real estate, investments, auto, finance, etc.)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be confident on calls
- Competitive, money-driven, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently (remote environment)

### COMPENSATION:
- Base: $500 USD bi-weekly
- Commission: $3,000 – $6000+ USD/month potential (Must reach weekly/monthly sales goals) -$36,000-72,000 (yearly USD)
