- 1-2 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)
- Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)
- Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical aptitude and ability to interpret complex financial data, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style
- Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently
- Ability to lead projects and seek innovative solutions
- Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Job Description
- Conduct profitability analysis and operational efficiencies of current and potential projects
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
- Preparation of monthly board of directors’ presentations
- Preparation of financial models
- Support in the coordination of the Due Diligence process for investments or acquisitions
- Support in the development of the 100-day post-closure plan and implementation
- Support in the review of legal contracts
- Support in the integration of current or future acquisitions
- Lead initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.
