Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Direct Materials Purchasing, preferably in the metal stamping, metalworking, or automotive industry.
- Knowledge of aluminum, copper, manufacturing processes, surface coating, painting processes, and metal stamping. Experience in at least two of these processes is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and suppliers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Preferably living within 15 km of the company.
- Conversational English (minimum 60% proficiency) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on product performance, quality, pricing, and service requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate/sign supplier agreements to ensure standardized supplier management.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Review supporting documentation and process supplier payment requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve supplier-related issues, including technical, quality, and delivery concerns.
