EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Supervisor to oversee environmental compliance during the construction of a utility-scale solar project in the United States.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring field activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, conducting inspections, supporting environmental permitting requirements, and working closely with construction teams to minimize environmental impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates with knowledge of U.S. state environmental regulations and experience supporting renewable energy or heavy civil construction projects are highly preferred.

Monitor environmental compliance during construction activities.

Conduct routine environmental field inspections and audits.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permit conditions.

Verify implementation of erosion and sediment control measures.

Monitor stormwater management practices and environmental protection plans.

Coordinate environmental reporting and documentation.

Identify environmental risks and implement corrective actions.

Support environmental incident investigations and mitigation plans.

Coordinate with construction teams, project management, regulatory agencies, and environmental consultants.

Deliver environmental awareness training to site personnel.

Maintain environmental records, inspection logs, and compliance reports.

Participate in client and regulatory environmental audits.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Natural Resources, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of environmental compliance experience on construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or industrial projects.

Utility-scale solar experience is highly preferred.

U.S. federal environmental regulations (EPA).

Knowledge of state environmental regulations
