Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through implementation and production release.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer activities.
- Coordinate engineering changes, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading or coordinating engineering, manufacturing, or operational projects.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and ERP/MRP systems.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or industrial environments.
- New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer projects.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with engineering change management and product lifecycle processes.
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.
