Job Description:
- Plan and manage workforce allocation for process start-up and ongoing operational support.

Plan, develop, implement, and establish control mechanisms for operational processes.

Monitor personnel compliance with company standards, including health, appearance, and risk prevention requirements.

Conduct process audits throughout the work shift.

Implement containment and corrective countermeasures when detecting non-conforming (NG) activities, materials, or products.

Follow up on preventive and corrective actions related to process deviations.

Train employees using the Three-Step Training Method.

Conduct 5S and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) inspections.

Monitor and ensure the efficiency of operational processes.

Apply analytical and problem-solving methods to improve operations and reduce costs.

Monitor departmental performance and report results to the immediate supervisor.

Supervise, coach, and develop team members.

Update the skills matrix for assigned personnel through ILUO.

Develop and execute training plans for team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to the assigned process.

Manage and control vehicle service processes within the assigned area in accordance with customer requirements.

Lead the follow-up of preventive and corrective actions related to the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Monitor quality, safety, delivery, and environmental performance regarding materials, processes, and customer services.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement for the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, and Environment) among team members.

Lead the achievement of assigned Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, and Environment) objectives.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing, automotive, and/or logistics industry, including experience supervising and leading personnel.
Knowledge:
