We’re expanding our remote LATAM team and hiring a Sales Team Manager (Phone Manager) to oversee daily phone activity, coach sales reps, and ensure every opportunity is handled with excellence.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands sales performance, thrives on accountability, and knows how to get the best out of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily phone activity across the sales team
- Ensure reps are making the right calls and following proper scripts/processes
- Monitor call quality, performance, and consistency
- Coach and develop sales reps to improve close rates and performance
- Track and report on team metrics, KPIs, and call outcomes
- Identify gaps in performance and implement improvements
- Minimize cancellation rates by improving sales quality and expectations
- Hold the team accountable for activity, follow-ups, and results
- Provide daily/weekly reports to management
Compensation
- $1,000 USD per month (Base Salary)
- Performance-based commission (based on team results)
- Long-term, stable remote position

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Must be available during U.S. business hours (EST)
- Full-time position
- Daily team check-ins and reporting required
Training & Support
- Ongoing support from leadership
- Access to CRM, call tracking systems, and internal tools
- Clear processes, scripts, and expectations
- Collaborative and performance-driven remote environment
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience managing or coaching a sales team
- Background in call-based sales environments (preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs
- Ability to enforce structure, accountability, and performance standards
- Analytical mindset with reporting experience
- High level of organization and leadership skills
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
