What you’ll do?
The LatAm Talent Attraction Lead is a regional leadership role responsible for shaping, driving, and elevating Capgemini’s Talent Attraction strategy across Latin America. As part of the Global Talent Attraction Center of Competencies (CoC), this role ensures a cohesive, insight-driven, and candidate-centric approach that reflects the dynamics of the regional talent market.
Key Responsibilities (Regional Scope)
- Lead the Talent Attraction strategy for Latin America, ensuring alignment with global TA priorities while adapting to regional market needs.
- Conduct ongoing talent and market analysis, consolidating insights to influence decision-making and strengthen data-driven practices.
- Measure, monitor, and report global and regional KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization across the candidate journey.
- Activate the People Value Proposition (PVP) across the candidate journey, ensuring consistent and relevant storytelling across regional touchpoints.
- Design and continuously enhance the candidate experience from awareness to application, in collaboration with TA, and HR.
- Implement segmented nurturing strategies for priority talent groups within the regional talent pool.
- Develop and provide content, playbooks, and toolkits that empower TA teams and promote consistency in execution.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and events that strengthen Capgemini’s presence in the region.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across TA, HR, and MarCom, driving alignment on shared objectives.
- Promote best-practice sharing and regional adoption of global TA methodologies and tools.
What you’ll bring:
- 6–10 years of experience in Talent Attraction, Candidate Experience, or Employer Branding within global or regional organizations.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret regional talent and market insights into actions.
- Proven project management skills in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
