A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. An MBA or postgraduate studies in Revenue Management, Finance, or Strategy will be considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Revenue Manager or Director of Revenue within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or internationally recognized hospitality brands. A proven track record in implementing revenue optimization strategies, demand management, profitability enhancement, and commercial performance analysis is highly desirable.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and strategic capabilities, including experience in forecasting, pricing strategy development, market segmentation, distribution channel management, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in international and multicultural business environments.
Experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Business Intelligence tools, data analytics platforms, and hotel distribution systems is highly valued.
