Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

Purchase of international commodities, supplies, and contracting services.

Execute the Purchasing activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.

Foster business relationships with suppliers to provide the best solutions for the Company in terms of quality, cost and service.

Review and manage purchase requisitions, quotations, contracts, and agreements.
-
Coordinate necessary actions with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials with sense of urgency.
-
Track the status of orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues.
-
Maintain updated procurement records, including supplier/lead time and product information.
-
Deviation Request submittal due to delivery/BOM error/Inventory adjustments.
-
Workflow processing and completion – 30 days from receipt.
-
Follow up Plant Shortage reports updates weekly-resolution added.
-
Seek to achieve KPI – Goals and objectives assigned annually, including quarterly monitoring and create action plan if needed.

Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPP).

Market knowledge and supplier´s development.
