Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating students in various subjects. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy mentoring students and have experience working with diverse classroom settings, particularly in a private school environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
- Educate students in Math, Technology and Science and other subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Mentor students by providing guidance, support, and feedback on their academic progress.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education Degree
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong mentoring skills to guide students in their academic journeys.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners.
