Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Salary: MX$17,500.00 - MX$23,000.00 per month(Base)/CAD $1,400 – $1800 per month (Base)
About the Role
Roomvu is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Client Success) to support our growing SaaS customer base. This role is focused on helping clients succeed with our platform by answering questions, resolving technical issues, and guiding users to get the most value from Roomvu.
You’ll work closely with customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers via tickets, chat, and video calls
- Troubleshoot product, account, and technical issues
- Guide users through platform features, workflows, and best practices
- Help customers adopt and use Roomvu tools effectively
- Document issues and solutions clearly in the ticketing system
- Escalate technical bugs or complex cases to Product or Engineering
- Share recurring feedback and improvement ideas with internal teams
- Contribute to help docs, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases
What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English
- 2+ years in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Client Success
- Experience supporting SaaS or technical platforms
- Comfortable using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
- Reliable high-speed internet & professional home setup
Nice to have
- Experience with MarTech, PropTech, or AI-based tools
- Familiarity with onboarding, product adoption, or customer health metrics
Compensation
- CAD $1,400 – $1800 per month (base)
- Performance-based success bonuses tied to:
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Resolution quality and speed
- Product adoption and usage support
