Business Debt Adjusters specializes in helping struggling business owners restructure and settle their debt so they can regain control and rebuild. As a Call Center Representative, you will connect with business owners who are facing financial challenges and guide them toward real solutions that can change the trajectory of their business.

Responsibilities:
- Contact small business owners across the U.S. through outbound calls (all leads provided)
- Educate and guide clients through debt settlement solutions
- Build trust with business owners in difficult financial situations
- Schedule consultations, collect documents, and coordinate closing calls
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales and/or call centers
- Experience in financial services or debt settlement is a plus
Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer (Windows preferred)
- Reliable internet connection
- Headset with a microphone
- Webcam (required for meetings and training)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Proficiency in English Reading, Writing and Speaking
Compensation Structure:
- Training Pay: $100 USD
- Commission: Earn a percentage of enrolled debt plus commission on every deal submitted
- Additional monthly bonuses
Talk Time Bonuses:
- $250 USD weekly bonus for 15+ hours of talk time
- $300 USD weekly bonus for 20+ hours of talk time
- All commissions and bonuses are paid weekly
Earning Potential:
- $1,000–$2,200 USD monthly (top performers can exceed this)
