Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Area Administration:

Enforces internal policies and the company’s Work Rules.

Manages disciplinary actions when applicable (from verbal warnings to suspensions).

Oversees permits, vacation schedules, and personnel movements.

Reports workforce changes and overtime hours using internal formats and systems.
-
Leads daily meetings with line supervisors.

Maintains constant communication with area leaders and reports relevant situations to the immediate manager.

Supports the maintenance and improvement of +QDIP boards.

Coordinates support with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure operational continuity.
