Full-Time | Remote | LATAM
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Recruiting Operations & Team Coordinator to help run a fast-moving recruiting operation, improve sourcing, develop recruiters, and drive demanding hiring targets.
This is not a purely administrative recruiting coordinator role. You will coordinate recruiting operations, build developing recruiters from the ground up, manage performance, improve recruiting systems and processes, and provide leadership with a clear and truthful picture of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple open positions, recruiters, candidate pipelines, priorities, and hiring deadlines.
- Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, databases, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Train and coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, follow-up, and candidate presentation.
- Establish KPIs, monitor activity and pipeline health, identify performance gaps, and hold recruiters accountable.
- Manage ATS/CRM processes, recruiting technology, reporting, and provide leadership with concise updates on progress, risks, and results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience, with hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Experience supervising, training, coaching, or developing recruiters, including less-experienced team members.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting technology, ATS/CRM systems, sourcing platforms, job boards, and recruiting metrics.
- Experience recruiting across different markets, ideally including LATAM and U.S.-focused recruiting.
- Excellent English communication, strong organization, ownership, accountability, and ability to perform under demanding hiring targets.
Do Not Apply If
- Your experience is primarily posting jobs and reviewing inbound applicants.
- You are looking for a purely administrative recruiting coordinator position.
- You have never trained, coached, or held recruiters accountable for performance.
- You depend entirely on one recruiting platform or sourcing channel.
- You are uncomfortable communicating problems, risks, or poor results directly to leadership.
What Success Looks Like
- Stronger sourcing strategies and healthier candidate pipelines.
- More productive, disciplined, and capable recruiters.
- Clear recruiting KPIs, reporting, and accountability.
- Problems identified and addressed before they become hiring failures.
- Leadership always has an accurate, concise, and transparent view of recruiting performance.
