Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast…)

Manage the flow of raw materials and the sub assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to the customers and flows in solution activities.

Organizes the downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improves the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling. Main Activities

Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)

Contribute to the design and the implementation of MPH according to SPS rules in accordance with LWS4
-
Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to SPS rules and update internal stock (kanban) parameters

Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP) process with the other functions
-
Supervise for the plant the waiting queue management and implement the queue management together with the methods engineer.

Managing the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan

Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at plant level

To be in a continuous improvement approach

Be the key user for the department for information system
-
Be the Data-Owner of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Domain managing all data (creation, update and deletion) to support the Quality Processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools).

Be Key-User of the SC&P Domain (SCM)
Qualifications -
-
Bachelor's degree
-
+5 years of experience in Supply Chain Area (focused in planning)

Forecast experience (mandatory)
-
Experience with direct reports
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
-
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
-
Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
-
SAP or S4 HANA knowledge required
-
Great communication and collaboration skills.
