Your bilingual skills will help bridge language gaps, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in both languages
- Find new leads sources
- Help clients completing application and collecting documents.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) .
- Upsell relevant products and accessories to enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
- Learn mortgage programs and different solutions.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Apply basic math skills for daily retail math tasks such as monthly payments.
- Be self manageable, send daily report, meet weekly goal
- Meet standard performance.
- Problem solving.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency) is essential.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a bank or real estate industry or similar environments.
- Previous assistant experience
- Solve task and find solutions
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to customer interactions.
- Experience with POS systems and math calculations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle diverse inquiries professionally.
- Basic math skills
Pay basic $500 USD a month+$300/$700 USD commissions for each closing (mid level close 3-5 deals a month)
