Administrative Assistant

We are a fast-moving construction and property management company looking for a strong Administrative Assistant who can keep up, stay organized, and take ownership.
This is not a passive role. You will be coordinating real projects, real deadlines, and real people. If you’re the type who waits to be told what to do, this is not the right fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate schedules with contractors, vendors, inspectors (LADWP, city, etc.)
- Track project tasks and actively follow up until things get done
- Communicate with tenants (maintenance, access, notices)
- Send professional emails, notices, and updates
- Organize files: permits, invoices, contracts, plans
- Order materials and track deliveries
- Keep management updated — no chasing required

Requirements:
- Experience in admin / construction / property management preferred
- Strong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
