Green Attic is a U.S.-based home services company serving the Chicagoland area since 2009. We provide insulation, roofing, solar, remodeling, restoration, and construction services.
We are hiring a remote Recruiter to help us find, screen, and organize candidates for construction, skilled trades, office, sales, and operations roles.
This is a good fit for someone organized, reliable, comfortable speaking with candidates, and able to follow up without constant reminders.
Responsibilities
Source candidates for open positions
Review resumes and applications
Screen candidates by phone or video
Schedule interviews with managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Keep hiring trackers updated
Organize resumes, videos, interview notes, and feedback
Help improve recruiting templates and hiring processes
Requirements
1+ year of recruiting, HR, staffing, sourcing, or candidate coordination experience
Strong spoken and written English
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely
Reliable computer and internet connection
Able to manage multiple openings at the same time
Experience with construction, roofing, manufacturing, skilled trades, or home services is a plus, but not required
