In partnership with the General Manager and the US Client Engagement team, will be responsible to define and implement the clienteling strategy, across all client tiers, in the LATAM market, in line with our business strategy and budget.
- Recruit new clients and cultivate relationships with the local community
- Develop and elevate high potential mid-tier clients by building a culture of strategic client engagement amongst the entire team
- Develop and further grow our existing top-tier clients, in partnership with the Client Relations team;
- Act as an Ambassador and support for all Dior top clients, both from boutiques within our zone and globally
They will reinforce our Dior standards, striving for excellence with every interaction, resulting in the development of long-term relationships, and meeting and exceeding store sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), notably planned business, mid-tier client growth and top client revenue.
This person is an experiential leader whose primary focus is to promote and support a culture of Client engagement. This position will contribute to our overall ambition to be the most desirable luxury brand in Latin America, in close partnership with Client Engagement, Retail Operations and Excellence, Retail Special Projects, Retail Training and Stores teams.
