Digital Marketing Manager
Remote | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time
Salary: $2,800-$3,500 per month, plus quarterly bonus opportunities, floating holidays, earned paid time off and profit sharing

Our marketing department currently delivers SEO, paid advertising, social media, content creation, graphic design, and video services for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our remote marketing team, strengthen organization and accountability, and ensure that projects and campaigns are completed on time and at a consistently high standard.
This is a leadership position for someone who understands digital marketing but is equally skilled at managing people, priorities, deadlines, and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage, and hold accountable a remote digital marketing team of approximately five employees.
Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and performance expectations for each team member.
Develop and maintain marketing calendars, project plans, campaign schedules, and departmental workflows.
Ensure that projects, deliverables, and campaigns are completed accurately and on schedule.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and performance follow-ups.
When necessary, work with Account Managers to help sell services to clients, provide training and overview
Identify roadblocks, provide direction, and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support engagement, lead generation, conversion, and business growth.
Oversee SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, graphic design, infographics, and video production.
Coordinate campaign launches, including creative development, promotional timelines, content production, and reporting.
Review the quality, accuracy, and consistency of work produced by the marketing team before it is delivered or published.
Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve strategy, execution, and return on investment.
Provide leadership with clear and consistent updates regarding marketing performance, team capacity, deadlines, and departmental priorities.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, operations, and client-facing team members to align marketing activities with company and client goals.
Improve systems, processes, and documentation to help the marketing department operate efficiently as the company grows.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, artificial intelligence tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Protect and strengthen brand consistency across all marketing channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Team Lead, or similar leadership position.
Demonstrated experience directly managing remote employees, contractors, or cross-functional marketing teams.
Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
Ability to hold team members accountable and address performance issues directly and professionally.
Experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and client deliverables simultaneously.
Broad working knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, graphic design, and video production.
Ability to guide specialists effectively without needing to personally execute every technical task.
Experience developing marketing calendars, campaign timelines, workflows, and performance reporting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Familiarity with project management and team collaboration platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership of results.
Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with leadership and the marketing team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization where priorities may evolve.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video-editing software, and AI-supported marketing tools is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
