Location : Remote, LATAM
Engagement Type : Full-Time (1-month project)
The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Bring a high-volume social campaign to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital channels, working across 100+ motion assets.
- Translate existing visual designs and Figma assets into polished motion graphics while maintaining consistency across the campaign.
- Own the motion production workflow from initial animation through revisions, approvals, and final exports.
- Adapt motion systems across different formats, ratios, resolutions, and platform requirements.
- Keep files, versions, feedback, and approvals highly organized so assets can be easily tracked and handed off across the team.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, the Design Director, and other Motion Designers to incorporate feedback and keep production moving.
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- 5+ years of experience in Motion Design, with a portfolio showcasing social-first motion graphics and short-form content.
- Advanced After Effects skills with a strong understanding of animation, typography, pacing, transitions, and compositing.
- Strong visual eye for clean, polished motion and the ability to bring static graphics, photography, and design systems to life.
- Experience working within established visual systems and adapting creative across multiple formats and ratios.
- Strong understanding of social media specifications, including video duration, sizing, resolutions, and export requirements.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing high-volume, fast-turnaround production with multiple assets, versions, and revisions.
- Collaborative and communicative, with experience working closely with other designers and responding to feedback in an iterative environment.
