Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage consumer databases and recruitment programs to ensure relevant target audience selection.
- Execute research methodologies (Qualitative & Quantitative) with internal & external consumers.
- Collaboration with Creative and commercial teams to follow up project execution and reports.
- Data analysis using multiple sources and techniques.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Food Engineer, Food Science, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in consumer insights, market research or sensory evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative in professional development and continuous learning.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience in the fragrance or flavor industry.
- Proficiency on analytical skills, statistical tools (JMP) and databases.
- Proficiency on iOS and office suite (Tech Saavy).
- Problem Solving, Communication skills & English fluency.
