Objetivo de la Posición: Desarrollar, implementar y optimizar procesos de manufactura para la producción de componentes maquinados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y costo mediante la mejora continua.
Conocimientos:
- Interpretación de dibujos de ingeniería.
- GD&T.
- Elaboración y actualización de AMEF de Proceso.
- Manejo de herramientas de solución de problemas.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de manufactura de engranes.
- Interpretación de planos y especificaciones de engranes.
- Interpretación y análisis de reportes de medición de engranes.
- Conocimiento de normas de inspección y calidad para engranes.
- Capacidad para correlacionar resultados de medición con ajustes de proceso en operaciones de generado de engrane y rectificado de engranes.
- Conocimiento de tolerancias y clases de calidad de engranes
Experiencia en procesos de maquinado:
- Procesos de generación de engranes
- Hobbing.
- Power Skiving.
- Brochado
- Procesos de torneado CNC
- Rectificado de diámetros
Rectificado de engranes
Escolaridad:
- Ingeniería Industrial, mecánico, mecatrónico y/o afín
