Role Summary
The Account Executive is a core leadership role within the Emerging Markets (EM) Content Catalyst Center of Excellence (CoE). Acting as the strategic single point of contact, this role ensures the execution, governance, and continuous optimization of EM promotional content across markets.
This position goes beyond delivery coordination and plays a critical role in operationalizing the EM‑C3oE mission: defining standards, ensuring scalable reuse, accelerating time-to-market, and enabling EM markets through a consistent, performance-driven omnichannel content model.
Enables the transition from content execution to content systems, supporting the EM‑C3oE vision of scalable, reusable, and market-ready content.
Serves as a key connector between strategy, operations, governance, and performance, ensuring the EM C3oE delivers measurable value to EM markets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Operations & Governance
Own and oversee EM C3oE initiatives end-to-end, from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment with CoE priorities, standardized workflows, and regional governance models.
Lead brief management and workflow governance in Adobe Workfront, enforcing clarity of scope, accountability, and consistent ways of working across markets.
Oversee and continuously optimize regional approval and review processes, driving systemic improvements that reduce cycle time and operational complexity.
Ensure content governance standards are upheld across internal and external repositories, enabling discoverability, traceability, compliance, and reuse at scale.
Stakeholder & Market Enablement
Act as a strategic partner to EM stakeholders, managing expectations, prioritization, and delivery in a complex, matrixed regional environment.
Partner closely with the Content Catalyst Lead, the Content Management and all teh production team to ensure seamless content lifecycle management, from submission and approval to distribution and reuse.
Support EM markets by enabling efficient access to high-quality, reusable content, reinforcing the EM C3oE mission of accelerating market execution while reducing duplication and cost.
Qualifications / Experience
Successful candidate typically has 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, content operations, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
Experience in digital promotional content, omnichannel marketing, or content lifecycle management preferred.
Experience working in regional or global, matrixed organizations is a strong advantage.
