Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support SAP systems and related infrastructure.

Assist in the implementation and enhancement of packaged software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

Perform testing and validation of new system components, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and stability.

Leverage platform capabilities and standard functionalities to deliver effective technical solutions.

Support application and system releases into production, including deployment planning, scheduling, and post-release activities.

Monitor system performance and contribute to troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing operational and project requirements.

1+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration or related technical support roles.

Basic knowledge of SAP system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Basic knowledge of IT Troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Exposure to Oracle Database Administration.

Exposure to SAP HANA Database Administration.

Familiarity with SAP transport management, system refresh activities, and performance monitoring.

Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand SAP technical expertise.
