This is a key member of the HR team focused on the recruitment of quality talent, creating a compelling candidate experience, and driving results.
Essential Duties:
- Follow up recruitment platforms, job boards, social networks such as OCC Mundial, Facebook, Indeed & Linked in.
- Search and identify qualified candidates to fill open positions.
- Attract the most qualified candidates
- Conduct telephone or face-to-face interviews
- Follow up on assigned positions
- Source, attract and deliver highly qualified candidate
- Drive a high-touch, proactive, and consultative search experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain an active network of recruiting sources
- Drive continuous improvement in process, candidate quality, and candidate experience
- Stay abreast of latest recruiting trends and strategies and act as an internal consultant on market trends
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing stakeholder requests
- Excellent people, influencing and communications skills; executive presence
- Experience with sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools is a plus.
