Location : Remote, LATAM
Engagement Type : Full-Time (one-month project)
The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Design an immersive web experience that brings a large-scale thought leadership report to life through clear, engaging visual storytelling.
- Create responsive page designs for desktop and mobile in Figma using an established design system.
- Design a downloadable report that feels like a natural extension of the digital experience.
- Translate complex information into layouts that are intuitive, highly scannable, and visually compelling.
- Partner closely with Motion Designers and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
- Prepare production-ready Figma files for handoff and support visual QA during implementation.
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- Extensive experience designing responsive digital experiences in Figma.
- Comfortable working within established design systems and component libraries.
- Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, and information architecture.
- Ability to transform complex content into clear, engaging visual experiences.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
- Clear communication skills and confidence presenting design decisions.
