Position Summary
The Enrollment Advisor serves as the first point of contact for prospective students and is responsible for guiding them through the admissions and enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-centered approach, and the ability to provide accurate information about our programs, admissions requirements, and student resources.
Responsibilities
- Contact and respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct enrollment consultations to understand students' educational and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about programs, schedules, tuition, and admissions requirements.
- Assist students with completing applications and enrollment documentation.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective students.
- Accurately document student interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Participate in community outreach events, career fairs, and informational sessions as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with all college policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in admissions, enrollment, customer service, recruiting, sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
