Experience setting appointments in US - Home services, Solar, Real Estate, Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Home Security, Home Improvement, B2B or Insurance.
Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections without rattling
Self-directed, you manage your time and hit your numbers without being micromanaged
Reliable computer/laptop and a distraction-free workspace.
Minimum 30 hours/week (Mon–Sat), full-time preferred.
