POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with proven experience in U.S.-based service businesses (legal, financial services, insurance, consulting, or similar).
This is NOT a social media role.
This is a strategic, execution-focused role responsible for driving leads, improving conversion, and managing marketing systems.
You will work directly with the Managing Attorney and oversee execution through internal staff and external vendors.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Execute and optimize marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversion
- Manage and improve webinar funnels, lead magnets, and email campaigns
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple marketing channels
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Improve conversion from lead → consultation → client
- Manage CRM and marketing automation systems (Lawmatics, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee blog content, newsletters, and social distribution
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Coordinate marketing calendar and campaigns
Vendor & Team Management
- Manage SEO vendors, content writers, and other marketing partners
- Oversee internal execution (e.g., marketing assistant)
- Ensure accountability and performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion rates)
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
- Continuously improve ROI on marketing spend
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 3+ years of marketing experience with U.S.-based service businesses
- Experience in industries such as legal, financial services, insurance, or consulting
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, email marketing, CRM systems, and conversion optimization
- You must be able to demonstrate campaigns you have managed, results you have achieved, systems you have improved
Nice to Have
- Experience with legal or professional services CRM systems
- Experience with billing/financial entry in practice management software
- Prior work with U.S. clients and scheduling in U.S. time zones
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time remote position based in Mexico from 8:30AM PST (United States) to 5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$3,500 – $5,000 USD per month
We also offer annual compensation reviews, equipment stipend, structured career growth into senior operations roles, and benefits required under Mexican law.
