Position: Change Management Specialist
We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to drive the successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing change strategies, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring projects are implemented effectively, with a strong focus on people, adoption, and building a sustainable culture of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design comprehensive Change Management strategies for transformation initiatives, defining scope, risks, timelines, and success metrics.
Lead the execution of change management plans through stakeholder mapping, communication strategies, and adoption tracking.
Coordinate and develop a network of Change Champions to drive change adoption across different areas of the organization.
Partner with Internal Communications and cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives and communication plans aligned with each initiative.
Centralize and prioritize transformation initiatives across the organization.
Monitor project progress by facilitating stakeholder sessions, mitigating risks, and ensuring objectives are achieved.
Present project outcomes, recommendations, and action plans to leadership teams and executive sponsors.
Document methodologies, best practices, and lessons learned to strengthen the organization's change management capabilities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and continuous improvement throughout transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Internal Communications, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
Experience leading multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executive leadership.
Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
Change Management certification (preferred).
Experience designing communication and change adoption strategies.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Highly proactive, with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, influencing abilities, and a passion for driving organizational change.
