We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping us meet our sales and profit goals.
Manage customer accounts and develop new business.
Present and promote cutting tools and industrial products (boring, turning, milling, abrasives, coolant, PPE, MRO, etc.).
Provide technical support and product information.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify market trends and share insights with the team.
Help customers reduce costs and improve performance.
Keep customer database up to date.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Follow ISO procedures and company guidelines.
