What You’ll Do:
- Handle live prequalified transfers from outbound cold callers
- Engage homeowners, build rapport quickly, and convert conversations into booked appointments
- Follow a structured framework while maintaining a natural and confident delivery
- Qualify prospects and ensure all required information is collected accurately
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST
- Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
Compensation:
- 285 USD weekly base pay
- 5 USD per sit
- 60 USD per close
- Monthly top performer prize

- Fluent and polished English with clear, articulate, and confident communication
- Strong phone presence; professional, not scripted
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call center environments
- Results-driven mindset focused on performance metrics and conversions
- Coachable and adaptable; able to implement feedback quickly
- Ability to stay composed and effective in a high-volume environment
