We are looking for organized, proactive, and service-oriented professionals with experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing continuous support throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with prospective and active patients.
Conduct follow-up calls and provide excellent customer service.
Confirm appointments and coordinate schedules with clinics.
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, text messages, and other communication channels.
Manage social media inquiries and digital communication platforms.
Resolve issues and provide support throughout the patient's treatment process.
Maintain accurate records and update information within CRM systems and internal databases.
Collaborate with clinics and internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, sales, or related field.
Advanced English proficiency (90% spoken and written).
Strong computer skills, including CRM and telephone systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
Positive attitude, empathy, and strong customer service orientation.
